There are currently 11 members of the Board of Governors.
The Headmaster and Bursar, as Clerk to the Governors, attend termly meetings.
There are four sub committees – a Finance Committee, a Marketing Committee, an Academic Committee and a Buildings and Grounds Committee. The sub committees meet at least once a term and more often if required. The Headmaster attends all of the sub-committee meetings.
