Kindergarten

We offer high quality care and education for children from 21/2 years of age and provide a varied, stimulating environment where the needs of individual children are always put first.

Reception

Children are usually admitted to the Reception class in the academic year of their 5th birthday, or earlier if they are considered ready, subject to class size.

The curriculum offers a wide range of experiences designed to help every child develop and build upon the foundations laid in Kindergarten.

Kindergarten and Reception together form the Foundation Stage with the Early Learning Goals setting out what is expected for most children by the end of the Foundation Stage.This then leads into Key Stage One of the National Curriculum.
